# AI that makes the order change itself.

Re:amaze's AI Agent answers from your FAQ and Shopify data, and its docs put refunds and cancellations in your team's hands. Aide's AI changes and cancels orders itself once it has verified the shopper, and prepares refunds for approval.

Aide is a Re:amaze alternative whose AI itself cancels Shopify orders and updates addresses once a shopper is verified, while refunds go to a person to approve. Re:amaze bills per team member plus $0.85 per AI resolution past its allowance; Aide charges by the AI reply.

## One case too many, gone before packing.

A shopper who ordered an extra phone case wants it off the order before it ships. Aide checks the order is still unfulfilled, removes the item in Shopify and says so in the same chat.

Re:amaze's Shopify tools sit with your agents. Its Shopify page lists refunds, cancellations, draft orders and address edits from inside the conversation.

> Customer: I ordered two phone cases on #1081 by mistake. Could you drop one before it ships?
>
> Aide: Sure. #1081 hasn't shipped, so one phone case is removed and the rest of the order goes out as normal.
>
> Order #1081 verified · 1 phone case removed from the Shopify order

## Cost for a 4-person team

Four people handle 600 chats and emails a month, with the AI on all of them at 2 replies each. Say its AI fully resolves 300, a number chosen for the example.

- Re:amaze Pro: 4 seats at $49 is $196, with 40 AI resolutions included. The other 260 cost $221 at $0.85, so $417 a month.
- Aide: 1,200 AI replies. Starter includes 1,000; 200 more at $0.15 add $30, so $69 a month with all 4 people included.

Re:amaze counts a thread its AI closes without a person. Aide counts every reply it writes. A team that stays inside Re:amaze's allowance pays only for seats.

## Frequently asked questions

### Who owns Re:amaze?

GoDaddy. Re:amaze's privacy policy names Lantirn, Inc., a GoDaddy company, as the business behind it, and GoDaddy announced the acquisition on April 6, 2021.

### Does the Re:amaze AI Agent change Shopify orders?

Re:amaze's AI Agent articles, checked November 3, 2026, describe answers drawn from your FAQ, response templates and Shopify order data. Its Shopify page lists refunds and cancellations as actions your team takes in the conversation. Aide cancels orders and changes addresses itself for verified shoppers.

### How is the Re:amaze AI Agent billed?

Per resolution, a thread its AI handles without escalating to a person, counted once however many messages it takes. Basic includes 5 per team member a month, Pro 10 and Plus 20, then $0.85 each. Volume plans bill every resolution at $0.85.

### When is Re:amaze the better fit?

When you want phone, SMS and video calls in the same inbox, a hosted FAQ site, live co-browsing with Peek, a status page, or many seats on low volume. Its Starter plan covers unlimited team members for up to 500 responded conversations a month.

### When is Aide not the right fit?

When you need calls answered, a hosted help center, or AI on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram today. Aide imports the help center you already have instead of hosting one.

### Does Aide Chat replace the Re:amaze widget?

Aide Chat goes in through the Shopify theme editor with no code. It recognizes logged-in shoppers and keeps their past conversations across devices. Remove the Re:amaze widget from your theme first so shoppers see one chat.
