Say a store has 10,000 website sessions, 300 chats and 200 emails in a month, and the AI sends 2 replies per conversation.

- Aide: 1,000 AI replies, covered by Starter at $39. Sessions never count.

### Can Rep AI cancel a Shopify order?

Yes. Rep AI's Cancel Order support skill asks for the order number and email, confirms with the shopper and cancels, and its Change Order Address skill updates orders within time limits you set. Aide does both too, and can also remove an unshipped item or add a note to the order.

### How is Rep AI priced?

By monthly website sessions, according to Rep AI's pricing page on November 3, 2026. Sales starts at $12 a month for 3,000 sessions; Support at $49 and Concierge at $130, both for up to 10,000. AI on email, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp is an add-on at $0.75 per AI-resolved conversation, then $1.20 on overage. Yearly billing is 20% less.
