# Every store, one inbox, separate answers.

Connect each Shopify store to one Aide workspace. Your team works a single inbox, and every brand's customers hear that brand's own policies.

One Aide workspace connects several Shopify stores, so Aide and your team answer and act on orders from any of them in one inbox. Procedures keep each brand's answers to its own knowledge, and your plan sets how many stores you can connect.

| Orders | Every connected store's orders, tracking and refunds appear in the conversation. |
| Knowledge | Help centers from Zendesk, Gorgias, Front and others, or websites up to 300 pages. |
| Store health | A store that needs reconnecting shows Reconnect. The others keep working. |

- 1 store Free and Starter: Every feature included. Plans are priced by AI replies, not stores.
- Up to 3 Pro: Three stores in one workspace, $149 a month.
- Unlimited Scale: Every store you run, $499 a month.

## Two brands. Two return windows.

Sister stores rarely share a policy. Each brand's procedure picks its sources, and its steps add that brand's own wording, such as sign-off and what it offers.

Sources narrow where Aide looks; they don't change how it answers. Copilot drafts for your team follow the same rule.

> Customer: What's your return window for the trail shoes?
>
> Aide: Northline accepts returns within 60 days of delivery, as long as the shoes haven't been worn outside.
>
> Answered only from the Northline help center

## One workspace, several stores

- Connect each store: Enter a store's myshopify.com address in Aide, approve access in Shopify, then add the next one.
- Import each brand's knowledge: Each brand's help center or website becomes its own source, so policies don't mix.
- Scope answers by brand: A procedure limited to each brand's inbox under Only if tells Aide to answer only from that brand's sources.

Order actions work the same way in every connected store, for [verified shoppers](https://aide.app/shopify/order-verification). If your stores already share a helpdesk, Aide works inside [Zendesk](https://aide.app/integrations/zendesk), Gorgias and Front, so nobody has to switch.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can one helpdesk handle several Shopify stores?

Yes. One Aide workspace connects several Shopify stores, and each conversation shows the customer's orders from all of them. Your team works one inbox, and Aide answers across every store.

### Does Aide work with Zendesk multibrand?

Yes. Each active Zendesk brand appears in Aide as its own inbox, so one brand can go live while another stays in Watch only. A brand you add in Zendesk shows up at the next sync.

### What if a conversation matches two brands' procedures?

Aide looks in every source those procedures pick, together. One procedure per brand inbox keeps each conversation on one brand's knowledge.

### Should I install each store from the Shopify App Store?

Connect additional stores from the Aide dashboard instead. Entering the store's address there adds it to your existing workspace, where an App Store install could set up a separate one.

### What if one of my stores runs on WooCommerce?

Aide reads its orders, products and customers, so your team sees them in the same inbox. Order actions such as refunds and cancellations are Shopify only.
