# The right size, from your own size guide.

Your fit guide, the product's stock and the photo the customer sent. Aide brings all three together before your team opens the ticket.

Aide answers sizing and fit questions from your fit guides and Shopify product data, including which sizes are in stock. In Gorgias drafts it also reads customer photos and says what they show against your guide, without naming a size from a photo.

## Fit questions, answered from your guide

Sizing questions are some of the most common in apparel and footwear, and some of the slowest to answer by hand.

### Between two styles

Name the style you know and the one you want, and Aide reads both fit guides so it can convert between them.

> Customer: I wear a 10 in your Ranger work boot. What size in the Harbor loafer?

### Is my size in stock?

Aide reads stock for every variant, so a question about one size gets a real answer.

### A photo fit check

In Gorgias, Aide looks at the customer's photos while it drafts and says what they show, judged by your guide. A teammate reviews and sends.

### Not coming back

Styles tagged discontinued, or marked as selling through, are never promised a restock. Aide points to a style that is in stock instead.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can AI answer fit questions from our sizing guide?

Yes. Aide answers from your sizing and fit articles and your product data. When the customer names two styles, both fit guides are used, so the answer can convert between them.

### Can Aide look at a customer's photo and tell them their size?

No, by design. In Gorgias drafts, Aide says what the photos show against your sizing guidance and leaves the size call to your guidance and your team. When a photo doesn't show what the answer needs, the draft asks for one that does.

### Can Aide tell a customer whether their size is in stock?

Yes. When a product is in stock in some sizes only, drafts know which. For products with very long size lists, drafts may only know that some sizes are in stock.

### What if a customer says they sent photos but none arrived?

The draft asks them to send the photos again and tells your teammate, in case they can see something Aide can't.

### Does Aide handle size exchanges?

Through your returns portal. Aide's Start your return button opens it on the shopper's order, and they can swap sizes there if the portal offers exchanges. Aide doesn't create exchanges in Shopify itself.
