Today we're announcing our integration with Shopify. This integration unlocks a new level of capabilities for e-Commerce teams.
Aide makes use of Shopify information in many ways. It pulls up context for support teams and uses order statuses to make new automations possible. It also builds a knowledge index of a store's products.
Agent assist context
For every new support ticket, Aide searches over a store's orders and customers. If the ticket contains information that identifies an existing order, it will be displayed.
Aide uses this context to generate accurate drafts for support team members. This saves the time and effort in looking up information in Shopify and writing responses manually.

Automation scenarios
Information from Shopify lets teams put common workflows on autopilot. We've seen teams use automations for common scenarios like order tracking inquiries, stock availability inquiries, or adjusting shipping addresses. This makes use of Aide's scenarios feature.

Segmented scenarios
Scenarios can be customized for segments of customers. For example, if shipping times are different based on a customer's country, scenarios can be created for different groups of countries. We've also seen teams use segments based on different brands or groups of products.
Product knowledge
Aide imports product information from Shopify and uses this information to answer questions with generative AI. Questions such as "do you have this in black?" or "what's on sale?" can be answered based on this knowledge. We can also import supporting information for products, such as YouTube video transcripts or user manuals.
