When a signed-in shopper with several orders asks about "my order" without naming one, Aide now works out which orders the question can be about and leads with those, instead of listing every order they ever placed.
How it behaves
- Shipping, delivery or tracking questions: Aide talks about the orders still on their way: not yet shipped, partly shipped, or shipped and not yet delivered. If one order fits, it answers about that one and names it, so the shopper can correct it. If a few fit, it names only those and asks which one.
- Returns, exchanges, or a damaged or wrong item: Aide looks at delivered orders.
- Cancelled or fully refunded orders: not brought up unless the shopper asks about them.
- The rest of their history: still available. A shopper can ask about an older order, all their orders, or how long earlier deliveries took, and Aide answers from them.
- Aide still sees a shopper's five most recent orders; open orders among them now come first.
