Use Aide from Claude.

From a Claude chat

The work your team already does in Aide

Claude only sees the tools your sign-in allows. Replies and order changes ask you to confirm before they run.

Search your knowledge

Find articles, products, topics, and macros the same way Aide’s replies do, then read the result.

Look up orders

Find synced Shopify orders by email or order number, and check whether an order can be returned.

Read conversations

Find a conversation, including one tied to a Zendesk ticket or Front conversation, and read its messages and Aide’s draft.

Reply and take notes

Send a reply on the conversation’s channel, add an internal note, or update status, priority, and assignee.

Ask for a refund or cancellation

Above your approval limit, the request waits for an admin. Claude is told that it is waiting.

Read the numbers

Owners and admins can pull the support overview and satisfaction figures. Agents don’t get the analytics tools.
Connect Claude

Add Aide from the Claude directory

Claude on the web, desktop, and mobile. Add the Aide app, then sign in with your Aide account.

  1. 01

    Open Aide in the directory

Go to the Aide app in the Claude directory and add it to Claude.
  2. 02

    Sign in as yourself

Aide opens and shows the workspace and what Claude may do: read only, or read and act. Approve it. Nothing is shared if you decline.
  3. 03

Turn it on in a chat

Select + in the message box, then Connectors, and turn Aide on. Claude asks before it sends a reply or changes an order.
  4. 04

    Or add the server yourself

The same connection can be added as a custom connector with the server address. The steps for that, and for ChatGPT and the other apps, are on the MCP page.
Signing in

Claude acts as you, inside your role

Nothing is shared if you decline. You pick read only, or read and act, on the approval screen.

Read only

Conversations, messages, knowledge, orders, and analytics. Enough when you want Claude to look things up and not send anything.

Read and act

Also notes, conversation updates, replies, and refund or cancellation requests. Refunds above your limit still wait for an admin.

Recorded as you

Notes, replies, updates, and order requests are saved in Aide like any other, and show up as yours.

Disconnect any time

Settings, then Developers, lists connected apps and when each was last used. Disconnect cuts Claude off at once.

Frequently asked questions

Replies and order changes are marked as such, so Claude asks you to confirm before using them, unless you have set that tool to always allow. A reply goes to the customer and cannot be unsent.

Add Aide from the Claude directory on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise. On Team or Enterprise, an owner adds it first, then each person signs in.

Signing in connects Claude as you. An API key connects as the workspace and can only read knowledge, products, topics, macros, orders, and analytics. It never sees conversations. Claude in the app should sign in.

The same MCP server works with ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, and other assistants that support remote MCP. The full list and the steps for each are on the MCP page.

Yes. MCP is on every plan, including Free. What Claude can do still depends on your role, and refunds above your approval limit wait for an admin.
