Short answer

Aide Superintelligence is the admin agent built into Aide: owners and admins ask it, in plain words, to set up, test and improve their AI agent. It works with their own permissions and shows an Approve / Decline card before anything customers would notice.

Ask in plain words. It does the work in the same workspace you use.

Set up. From your site to live.

  • Import hearthandbean.com and tell me what's missing.
  • Write an article on grinder warranty claims.
  • Test the agent on a late delivery question.
  • Connect Aide Chat and put the agent live.Asks for your approval first

Improve. From what your team actually sent.

  • Why did the team rewrite so many return drafts this week?
  • Was the answer to that one in our knowledge?
  • Fix it and show me the new answer.
  • Pause the agent on email over the holidays.Asks for your approval first

Run the workspace. Settings, team and conversations.

  • Add a topic for wholesale orders.
  • Create a macro for address changes.Asks for your approval first
  • Invite Priya to the team as an agent.Asks for your approval first
  • Refund the cracked lid on order #5832.Asks for your approval first

It learns from your team's rewrites. Each one can become a small, retested fix.

01 · Draft

Aide drafts a reply. Here, it gets the policy wrong.

02 · Rewrite

Your teammate replaces it. Aide reads what was sent.

03 · Fix

It proposes the smallest fix. An article, an instruction line or a scenario.

04 · Retest

It retests the question. And shows you the new answer.

You see the exact change. Then you approve or decline it.

One card per change. What it changes, from what, to what.

In the audit log

Every change it makes is marked as made with Superintelligence.

Your permissions

It acts as you, through the same API your team uses.

Safe steps run directly

Steps customers wouldn't notice run without a card.

It works across your workspace. What customers would notice waits for you.

What it works on. The same areas you do.

Frequently asked questions

Owners and admins. Teammates with the Agent role don't see it. It opens from Ask Aide in the sidebar, from Home, or with Cmd+J on any dashboard page.

Each answer counts as one AI reply, the same unit as your agent's replies. The Free plan includes 150 AI replies a month, and every plan includes Aide Superintelligence.

Not anything customers would notice. Going live or pausing an agent, changing instructions, replying to a customer, acting on an order, deleting and plan changes all show an Approve / Decline card with the exact diff first.

In your workspace's audit log, with every other change, marked as made with Superintelligence on your behalf. Owners and admins can filter the log and download it as CSV.

It imports your website, writes articles for questions the site doesn't cover, tests the agent, connects a channel, and puts the agent live once you approve.
