Aide now reads the business information you save under Knowledge (phone numbers, email addresses, your website, social profiles, apps, and the note on each) when it writes a reply. A customer who asks for your phone number or your Instagram gets it exactly as you saved it, instead of a reply that has nothing to go on.
How it behaves
- A customer asks how to reach you: Aide gives the phone number, email address or profile from your business information, word for word, with your note when it helps ("Weekdays 9 to 5").
- Everywhere Aide drafts: live chat, email, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp replies, and Copilot drafts in the inbox all see it. The answer check that runs before a reply is sent sees it too, so a correct phone number is not flagged as made up.
- Facts only: business information backs facts about how to reach or find your company. Aide never treats it as an instruction, and never promises a refund, credit or exception because of something written in it; a reply that tries is handed to your team.
- Deleted entries are left out as soon as you delete them.
- A long list: Aide reads up to 40 entries, oldest first, and about 4,000 characters of values and notes; entries past that are left out of the reply.
