The meter, worked through
Yuma doesn't publish how many tickets its packages include, so compare what each meter counts.
Take 800 Gorgias tickets a month with 2 AI replies on each, as answers or as drafts your team sends.
- Aide: 1,600 AI replies. Starter covers 1,000, and 600 more at $0.15 add $90, so $129 a month. Pro covers it for $149 with room to spare.
- Yuma: Small Merchant is $850 a month, with resolved tickets above its package billed as overage.
Yuma counts tickets its AI fully resolves. Aide counts every reply it writes, resolved or not. Your Gorgias bill stays the same with either.

Everything about Yuma here comes from three pages read November 3, 2026: its homepage for helpdesks, actions and rollout, its pricing page, which explains outcome pricing without rates, and the App Store listing for plan prices, trial and reviews. Aide's side comes from the shipping product and aide.app/pricing. If something on Yuma's side has moved, support@aide.app takes corrections.
