When a Shopify order ships in more than one package, the conversation's Orders panel now lists each shipment with its own carrier, status and tracking link, and shows how many of each item have shipped. The AI sees the same detail, so it can tell a shopper which part of their order is on its way and which part is still to come.
How it behaves
- An order shipped in parts: each shipment gets its own line with carrier, status and a Track link. When there is more than one, each line also says what was in that package.
- An item partly shipped: the item shows "1 of 2 shipped" next to it.
- Removing an item: only units that haven't shipped can be removed. If one of two units has shipped, you can remove the other one; once every unit has shipped, the item can't be removed.
- AI replies: for a verified shopper, the AI knows each shipment's carrier, status, tracking link and contents, and which items are partly shipped.
