When Shopify stops accepting Aide's access to a store, the Shopify integration page now marks that store and offers a one-click Reconnect. Until it is reconnected, Aide can't look up the store's orders or products.
How it behaves
- Spotting it: on the Shopify integration page, a store that needs attention shows "Needs reconnecting" next to its address.
- Reconnecting: select Reconnect beside the store. Shopify asks you to approve access again, then sends you back to Aide with the store working. Its conversations and settings stay as they were.
- Other stores: stores that are working are unaffected and show no notice.

GET /v1/integrations: each integration has a newneedsReauthboolean,truewhen the connection must be authorised again before Aide can use it.
