When an article Aide answers from names one of your store's products, Aide now reads that product's page too, so its reply can give the product's current stock, sizes and price. An article that says a style is discontinued and suggests two others is enough for Aide to tell the customer which sizes of those two are in stock, without a separate search for each.
How it behaves
- An article names products by their title: "This boot is discontinued; try the Diesel Boot Color #8 Chromexcel instead." Aide adds the Diesel Boot Color #8 Chromexcel's product page to what it answers from, and can say which sizes are in stock.
- The title has to match: the product's name is written as it appears in your store (capital letters don't matter). "the Diesel in Color 8" doesn't match.
- At most three products per reply, most specific title first, so "Diesel Boot Color #8 Chromexcel" is chosen over "Diesel Boot".
- Very short titles are ignored (under 12 characters, such as "Belt" or "Gift Card"), so ordinary words in an article don't pull in products.
- Only products Aide may answer from: products that aren't on sale, and products outside the knowledge the agent or scenario uses, are never added.
- Everywhere Aide replies or drafts: chat, email and helpdesk conversations.
