Take a store with 1,000 conversations a month where the AI writes 2 replies in each.
- Aide: Pro at $149 a month, with 4,000 included. Starter tops out first: $39 covers 1,000, extra replies at $0.15 stop at the $110 monthly cap after about 733 more, and AI then pauses until next month.
- Chatbase on a 1-credit model (Auto, GPT-6 Luna, Claude 5.5 Haiku): 2,000 credits. On a 2-credit model (Claude 5.5 Sonnet, GPT-6.1 Sol, Gemini 3.8 Flash): 4,000. Both fit Basic at $150 a month.
- Chatbase on Claude 5.5 Opus, at 5 credits a message: 10,000 credits, which needs Business at $500 a month (15,000 credits).
Paid yearly, Aide Pro is $119 a month and Chatbase Basic is $120. Drafts and handoffs count as AI replies; your team's replies never do.
