"Needs a person" now lists every open conversation Aide isn't handling, so emails and chats Aide never picked up land there alongside handoffs. New conversations appear in the list and the view counts the moment they arrive, without refreshing the page.
How it behaves
- A new email arrives: it shows in Needs a person and Unassigned straight away, and both counts go up.
- Aide is answering a chat: it stays out of Needs a person and shows under Handled by Aide.
- Aide hands off, or a teammate takes over: the conversation moves into Needs a person.
- The Aide badge on a conversation: shows only while Aide is actually handling it, not on emails or chats Aide never took.
