Analytics now shows the Shopify orders and revenue that came from Aide's chat on your store. When a shopper adds a product to their cart from Aide's product cards and then checks out, the order is counted as a sale from Aide, so you can see what the chat earns as well as what it resolves.
How it behaves
- Where to find it: the AI Agent tab in Analytics has a "Sales from Aide chats" section with the number of orders and the revenue for the range, and the change against the previous period.
- What counts: an order placed within 30 days of the chat, from a cart the shopper filled using Aide's product cards. Revenue is the order total as placed. Cancelled orders are left out.
- Dates: orders are counted on the day they were placed, not the day of the chat.
- Filters: the channel and topic filters apply to the chat the order came from.
- More than one currency: revenue is shown per currency, never converted.
- Stores without Shopify, or without a sale from a chat yet: the section stays hidden until there is an order to show.
