The inbox can now list the conversations a scenario ran on. Picking a scenario in the inbox's Scenario filter, or opening a scenario's conversations from the scenario editor, used to show "Could not load conversations"; it now shows the list.
How it behaves
- One scenario: the list shows every conversation the scenario ran on, inside whichever view you're in (Needs a person, Closed, a team's view…), with your other filters still applied.
- Several scenarios: the filter reads "ran any of" and shows conversations where at least one of the chosen scenarios ran.
- Shadow mode: a scenario counts as having run whenever Aide recorded a run on the conversation, including runs in shadow mode that changed nothing in your helpdesk.
For developers
GET /v1/conversationsacceptsscenario[]: up to 50 scenario ids. A conversation matches when any of them ran on it. Ids from another account, or that don't exist, match nothing.
