Refund confirmation email template

Confirm the refund and when it lands.

Send it once the refund is issued in Shopify, with the amount, the payment method and the bank's usual timing.Updated · By Ziyad Basheer

Short answer

A refund confirmation tells the customer the refund has been issued, how much, to which payment method, and how long their bank usually takes. Send it only after the refund is made in Shopify, never when it has only been requested.
