About this template
This scenario is used when a customer asks about an order that is in transit based on the tracking information provided by the carrier and is still within the shipping time estimate. In this case, the user is informed that their order is on its way and should arrive soon, and to re-iterate the expected shipping time estimate. In the event that they do not received it after the expected delivery time lapses, they can reach out again.
